ECO PAGEANTS UK Terms and Conditions.
By submitting your entry form you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below.
1. We do not provide refunds. Sponsorship fee’s and deposits are non refundable. EPUK offers many services that would not be viable without a “no refunds” policy. These include:
~ Places in the competition are limited and are held with the deposit/sponsorship fee.
~ Low deposits and payment plans.
~ Expert and focused support throughout your time as a finalist.
~ Access to workshops and events in the lead up to finals.
~ Handbook and Pack delivered on receipt of the full sponsorship fee.
2. We reserve the right to reschedule or move the grand finals. If for any reason the grand finals need to be rescheduled or moved candidates will receive, at minimum, 30 days written notice via email/WhatApp or social media post. Our finals could be rescheduled should a venue no longer be able to host us or no longer fulfil the events needs.
3. Participation in the competition. The EPUK organisation reserves the right to remove your title as a candidate or queen and prevent you from attending our finals, should your behaviour/conduct bring our national event or the international organisations that we represent into disrepute. This would only be done under exceptional circumstances.
4. Participation in the competition part 2. EPUK is a fully inclusive system, we will not stand for any behaviour that its contrary to this. By participating you agree to conduct yourself in a way that is inclusive and fair to all candidates and team members. We have a zero tolerance policy towards harassment or bullying.
